Welcome to my page and thank you for reaching out. The first step is always the hardest and it is only going to get better from here. My name is Rohini and I am a Clinical/Psychiatric Social Worker and Counselling Psychologist. I have been working for over 20 years as a Mental Health Professional, Marriage Counsellor and Mental Wellness Coach. DeStress Holistic Health is my private consulting practice, started in 2015, with an intent to provide professional, inclusive and easy-access mental health support in a structured and systematic manner to anyone who reaches out for help or solace.
